We waited almost 4 hours for this mother leopard to leave her cover in the bushes. She finally emerged and I was incredibly excited. She immediately sprinted for this tree, and as if the photo-gods were looking upon me this day, she paused for just 2 seconds in this spot - the only spot on the branch with bit of sun breaking through the dense canopy- and the sun beautifully lit her face. It was absolutely magical...
